What is the difference between Invisalign and SIRI Aligners?

Invisalign is the globally trusted aligner brand and Siri Dental is a Diamond Plus Elite Invisalign Provider. SIRI Aligners are our in house clear aligner system made with the same digital planning workflow at a different price point. During your consultation, our team will assess your case and recommend the aligner system best suited to your teeth, timeline and budget.

Aligners or braces, which is better for me?

It depends on your case. Clear aligners work very well for mild to moderate crowding, spacing and relapse after earlier braces. Fixed braces remain more predictable for complex crowding, rotations and bite corrections. A clinical assessment and digital planning will show which option suits your teeth best.

How long does teeth straightening take?

Most cases take several months to around two years, depending on how far your teeth need to move. Mild corrections finish faster, while complex bite corrections take longer. You will receive an estimated timeline after your assessment and digital treatment plan.

How many hours a day do I need to wear my aligners?

For best results, aligners should be worn for 20 to 22 hours a day, removed only for eating, drinking and cleaning your teeth. Consistent wear is the single biggest factor in staying on schedule with your treatment plan.

Do braces or aligners hurt?

You may feel mild pressure or tenderness for a few days after starting a new aligner or after a braces adjustment. This is a sign your teeth are moving and usually settles quickly. Most patients carry on with their normal routine without disruption.

Am I too old for braces or aligners?

No. Teeth can be moved at almost any age as long as your teeth and gums are healthy. Many of our alignment patients are working adults who prefer clear aligners or ceramic braces precisely because they are discreet.

Will I need retainers after my treatment?

Yes. Teeth naturally tend to drift back after any straightening treatment. Custom retainers hold your new alignment in place and protect the result you have invested in. Our team will guide you on how long and how often to wear them.
